The Quality Service Award is an integral part of the CENTURY 21 System’s commitment to excellence and recognizes an office’s dedication to this commitment based on customer feedback received from the Quality Service Survey (QSS). The QSS link is either e-mailed or a postcard is sent via mail directing consumers to log onto a website using a personal user ID and password to complete the survey online. The Quality Service Survey is sent after the purchase or sale of a home through a CENTURY 21 System office.
To earn the Quality Service Award, an office must receive surveys for at least 25 percent of the consumers surveyed from January 1, 2002 – October 31, 2002, with a survey score index of at least 90 percent. CENTURY 21 Hawkeye Realty will receive a Quality Service lapel pin and certificate, in addition to recognition at the Regional level.
